Device Management

Connect and manage your WhatsApp accounts. WhatsSpot allows you to run multiple WhatsApp numbers from a single dashboard.

Connecting a Device

To send and receive messages, you must link your WhatsApp account via QR code.

  1. Go to the Devices page.
  2. Click Add Device (+).
  3. Name: Enter a nickname (e.g., "Support Line", "Personal").
  4. Phone Number: Enter the number including country code (e.g., 15551234567).
  5. Click Save. A device card will appear.
  6. Click the Refresh QR Code icon on the card.
  7. Open WhatsApp on your mobile phone:
    • Android: 3 dots menu > Linked devices > Link a device.
    • iOS: Settings > Linked Devices > Link a Device.
  8. Scan the QR code shown on the dashboard.

Status: Once connected, the badge will turn Green (Connected).

Reconnecting

WhatsApp sessions can expire if:

  • Your phone is offline for more than 14 days.
  • You proactively log out from your phone.
  • Your WhatsSpot plan expires.

To reconnect, simply click the Refresh Icon on the device card and scan the new QR code.

Troubleshooting

  • QR Code not loading? Ensure your internet connection is stable and try refreshing the page.
  • "Connected" but not sending? Check if your phone has an active internet connection. WhatsApp Web requires the phone to be online.
