Contacts & Groups

WhatsSpot allows you to manage your customer base efficiently using Contacts and Groups.

Contacts​

Contacts are individual phone numbers you can message.

Adding Contacts​

You can add contacts in two ways:

  1. Manually: Go to Contacts > Add Contact and enter the Name and Phone Number (with country code).
  2. Bulk Import: (Coming Soon) Import contacts via CSV.

Groups​

Groups allow you to organize contacts for bulk messaging (e.g., "Premium Customers", "November Leads").

Creating a Group​

  1. Navigate to Groups.
  2. Click Create Group.
  3. Enter a Group Name and optional Description.
  4. Click Save.

Managing Group Members​

Once a group is created, you can add members:

  1. Open the Group.
  2. Click Add Members.
  3. Select existing contacts from your list OR
  4. Use the Quick Add feature to paste a list of numbers directly.

[!TIP] You can paste a list of numbers (one per line) in the Quick Add dialog to instantly create contacts and add them to the group.
