Bulk Messaging

The Bulk Messaging feature allows you to send a single message to an entire group of contacts automatically.

Sending a Campaign​

To send a bulk message:

  1. Navigate to Groups.
  2. Find the group you want to message.
  3. Click the Send Message icon (Paper plane).
  4. Select Device: Choose which connected WhatsApp device to send from.
  5. Draft Message: Enter your text message.
  6. Add Media (Optional): Provide a direct URL to an image or file.
  7. Click Send to Group.

Monitoring Progress​

Once a campaign is started, it runs in the background.

  • You can monitor the progress (Sent/Failed counts) in real-time.
  • If a message fails (e.g., invalid number), the system continues to the next contact.
  • You can Cancel a running job if needed.
