Common issues and how to resolve them.
Device Disconnected
Issue: My device shows "Disconnected". Solution:
- Go to Devices page.
- Click Refresh.
- Scan the QR code again. This happens if your phone was offline for > 14 days or if you manually logged out from WhatsApp on your phone.
Webhooks Not Firing
Issue: I am not receiving events. Solution:
- Check if the webhook is Active in the dashboard.
- Check your server logs for incoming POST requests.
- Verify your endpoint returns a 200 OK response.
- Ensure your plan is active and not expired.
Message Failed
Issue: Message status is "Failed". Solution:
- Check if the phone number is valid and has WhatsApp.
- Ensure your device is connected.
- Check if you have sufficient message quota.
