Common issues and how to resolve them.

Device Disconnected

Issue: My device shows "Disconnected". Solution:

  1. Go to Devices page.
  2. Click Refresh.
  3. Scan the QR code again. This happens if your phone was offline for > 14 days or if you manually logged out from WhatsApp on your phone.

Webhooks Not Firing

Issue: I am not receiving events. Solution:

  1. Check if the webhook is Active in the dashboard.
  2. Check your server logs for incoming POST requests.
  3. Verify your endpoint returns a 200 OK response.
  4. Ensure your plan is active and not expired.

Message Failed

Issue: Message status is "Failed". Solution:

  1. Check if the phone number is valid and has WhatsApp.
  2. Ensure your device is connected.
  3. Check if you have sufficient message quota.
