Managing Subscription
Go to Settings > Billing to view your current plan usage and renewal date.
Upgrading
Click "Upgrade" on any plan card. Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Your quotas (messages, webhooks) will be updated instantly.
Expiration Policy
If your subscription expires (e.g., payment failure or end of term):
- Immediate Pause: You will no longer be able to send messages via API or Dashboard.
- Webhook Stop: All active webhooks will be deactivated.
- Device Disconnect: Your WhatsApp session will be logged out to ensure security.
Tip: Renew your plan before it expires to ensure seamless service. We send a notification reminder 3 days before expiration.
